Professional Negligence

Professional negligence cases in reality are no different from other negligence cases which arise, other than the defendant is usually someone that you know and may have had a commercial relationship with in the past, such as a former accountant, doctor, architect, barrister or dare we say it…..a solicitor!

We can help you to ascertain whether you have a claim. In some cases this can be simple such as large cracks in a newly built house or an operation to remove a left leg and you wake up and the right one has gone!  In other cases such as some work undertaken by a lawyer or accountant, you may not immediately know whether the advice that you have received is totally wrong.
