Another Award for Brethertons Personal Injury Solicitors

Brethertons solicitor Richard Hopkin has been awarded accreditation for recognition of his expertise in the field of Personal Injury by the Law Society.

The Law Society’s Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme covers all varieties of work undertaken by lawyers on behalf of injured people, or their dependants where injury or fatal injury has been caused by the negligence of others.

In order to achieve the accreditation, Richard was required to demonstrate a high level of expertise, experience and commitment in assisting injured people or their dependants in recovering compensation after being injured on our roads, at work or in other circumstances such as clinical negligence.

Jon Rees, Head of Personal Injury at Brethertons said: “I am delighted that Richard has secured the Personal Injury accreditation. It is a recognition of Richard’s hard work in helping some of the 1% of us, who each year are injured and need to seek compensation, not just for the pain and suffering they endure by being injured but also for lost earnings and other losses that arise as a result of being injured.”

This latest recognition from the Law Society adds to recognition from the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, who recently awarded Brethertons with corporate accreditation.

Jon Rees added: ‘What personal injury solicitors do is often misunderstood and portrayed negatively by the media. We are projecting the much more positive reality and Richard’s accreditation is very much a part of that.

If you or someone you know, would like to make a claim for compensation, Brethertons can offer a free initial interview to evaluate the position of your claim. We can also help with charitable donations to your community group or club.
